Disposition Codes : The Disposition Codes features provides an easy way to create, organize, and search through a variety of CRM features including calls by type, customer information, sales team information, and other aspects related to customer relationship management.
The Disposition Code feature can be accessed by clicking on Disposition Code on the More menu or by clicking on the Disposition Code button in the management interface.
