If you want to set some access levels for the user means you want that the users can only access the features or modules that you give permission to them, then click on “Set Access” option available at the right hand corner of each user in the list of all users.
When you click on this option, a page appears that help you to set access level for the particular user you have selected. From here, easily tick mark or un-tick the feature you want to give access to the user or not.

After selecting the features or modules, click on “Save Privileges” button to set access level for the user.
