Setting up your personal GoKickSales account and profile only takes a few minutes. The CRM account settings consist of personal and organizational settings. Before you start working with your account, you need to set up the personal settings such as Name, User Name, Phone Number, Address etc. The other information section contains professional information such as Role, Department, Designation, etc.
To begin configuring your GoKickSales Account, click on the down arrow next to your username in the upper right corner of the GoKickSales screen.
The Personal Details feature in GoKickSales allows the user to set their firm name, website name, firm address and logo for the firm. This information will be used as the firm identification for GoKickSales mail. Apart from this, the user can also set the time zone according to country where they reside.
Here the total remaining email defines the automated mail sending limit from the GoKickSales application. These are the mail notifications which are automatically generated for the user.
These email notifications are completely different from the Email Settings (SMTP settings) which are configured from the Admin Panel——> View Profile——->Email Setting. This location is the email setting you have configured with the Gmail or Yahoo which are unlimited.
To Edit Personal Details:
1. Select View Profile from the drop down menu.
2. On the Account Information page, click Edit.
3. Modify the personal details as required.
4. Click on Submit.
